By using our services, you declare and affirm to Emford Global DMCC that any assets or cash you introduce to us are from lawful sources, adhering to the regulations of their country of origin, your country of ordinary residence, and the United Kingdom. This declaration extends to compliance with the Money Laundering legislation.

Fee Scales and Compliance Documents

Refunds and Company/Trust Structure
Once you establish a company/trust structure, we cannot issue refunds since we complete the incorporation process. However, if we reject your application for compliance reasons and the company/trust is not established, we will refund your payment. We will deduct any out-of-pocket costs and a £100 administration fee before processing the refund. We will credit the refund back to the credit/debit card or bank account you used for the payment.
