Refunds will be provided in accordance with the following principles:
- Once you have established a company/trust structure, we cannot issue reimbursement since the incorporation process is completed..
- If we reject your application for compliance reasons and you haven’t established the company/trust structure, we will reimburse your payment after deducting any incurred out-of-pocket costs and a £100 administration fee.
- We will process refunds to the same credit/debit card or bank account used for the original payment.
3. Faultless Cancellations and Refunds
To be eligible for a faultless cancellation and reimbursement, you must initiate the cancellation process before the incorporation processing has begun. This cancellation should be made within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. When you opt for an immediate or fast-track incorporation service, please note that a faultless refund option is not available due to the immediate commencement of the incorporation process. This service is provided as the default option for your convenience.

- For rejected applications or faultless cancellations, we will reimburse the payment amount, deducting any applicable out-of-pocket costs and the £100 administration fee.
- We will process refunds back to the same credit/debit card or bank account used for the original payment.
- We will process the reimbursement within a reasonable timeframe after approving request.
