Welcome to our Mail Forwarding Service! By using this service, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Purpose of the Service: Our London-based Mail Forwarding Service is designed for clients who want to establish a presence in the UK or project a UK office image for their business. We offer a cost-effective solution to manage your business mail efficiently.

2. Service Process: How it Works: When you opt for our London address, our trained staff handles your mail promptly and professionally. Each piece of mail is logged into our automated system and forwarded to your specified address anywhere in the world, on a daily or weekly basis. We do not open your mail unless you request us to do so. Your mail is securely placed in a new envelope and forwarded directly to you.

3. Courier Deliveries and Handling: We can also receive courier deliveries on your behalf, including packages and parcels of various sizes and weights. Registered or recorded delivery post will also be accepted and forwarded to your chosen address.

4. Service Charges: To set up and operate the service, an annual fee of £200 is applicable. Additionally, we will charge postage costs and a handling fee of 10p per item processed. These additional charges will be invoiced to you monthly, detailing the dates and times when items were processed. You will be required to set up a secure credit card payment facility to cover these charges.

5. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation of the Mail Forwarding Service must be initiated 28 days before the renewal date or within the first 14 days of setup, provided that no mail has been received or forwarded. Cancellations requested outside this specified period may be subject to charges.
